1) Take the Shinkansen at Tokyo or Shinagawa station, get off at the Odawara station, then take the taxi or the Izu Hakone Bus bounces for Hakone-en. By taxi from Odawara station, it takes about 30 minutes and by bus, it takes about an hour. 2) Take the Odakyu line Hakone Romance car(train), get off at the Hakone-Yumoto station, then then take the taxi or the Izu Hakone Bus bounces for Hakone-en. At the Shinjuku express bus terminal in Tokyo, take the Odakyu Hakone Express bus bounding for Hakone-en and get off at the Hakone-en bus station afer about 2 and half hour's ride ( one way 2,100 yen)
